Is allways fun to be able to show your mates pic of what you accomplished inGame :)
It also works as suport fot your memory(and evidence of that something actually happend)
Im sure its alot of programs on the market, but the one i use is GrabCaptureScreen (http://www.grabcapturescreen.com/) is free and works very well for me
