Another Technical Question About Skill Implants

My next question is:

Can I have two or more skill implants of the same thing like, say 2 Aim Skill Implants for instance? Would that increase the skills twice?

For example, if I have naturally gained say 100 Aim Skills, and got an Aim Skill Implant which increased the natural skill to 200 (arbitarary numbers here), would a second Aim Skill Implant increase that to 400? and a third implant increase the skills to 800, etc. ...?

Or would each Aim Skill Implant modify just the natural base skill I already had earned: Say I have 100 Aim Skills, and the first Aim Skill Implant gave me 200, a second would give me another 200, a third would give me another 200, etc. ...?

Or would I even be allowed to install two or more of the same exact Implants????
