Thread reply?

I don't know if this is a bug but I think I should mention it. I tried to post a reply to the "Forum Move - done!" thread but I couldn't. The posting rules say that I may not post any new threads etc. It seems it only happens at this thread since I'm able to post in other threads where the posting rules say I may post.

Strange, isn't it?
