Shout Box Problems

I have noticed some bugs in the Shout Box. Probably they are caused by the add-on itself but it is annoying not to be able to write quotes " as they are turned into " and & in links is turned into & rendering those links inoperative.

I hope it can be fixed. Thx in advance! :)

PS. Underlined the words to seperate them from the rest of the text ;)

Unfortunately the shoutbox is rather impenetrable in terms of making changes to it :(

I've been hoping to replace it with a better one going forward, but I'm waiting on some base software updates before I try that to ensure compatibility.

So, sorry - for now avoid quote and apersand chars :(
