    Honestly... you couldn't make this stuff up if you tried. They only smoke the best "erb" at the Mindark offices. Loved that soundbite from Neverdie. XD

    So.... an AI president... wondering what this actually means... here's my best guess:

    The openAI chat API has a section called refinements. It's weirdly named but it is essentially about providing training data to the LLM that contains specialised knowledge for your use case, e.g. your game, application, or company. So say you wanted one to act as a guide to help guests find their way in a building you could provide it with a bunch of info about your building locations and layout and then users would be able to say ask it how to get to the canteen.

    So I'm wondering if MA are essentially going to hook chatGPT up an NPC after loading in a bunch of training data about the game and plonk it somewhere on Calypso.

    In essence I expect it will kinda take on the role that the community officers were meant to fulfill but never did. Presumably MA will be able to quiz it for summarised feedback somehow too. Not quite sure how that would work.

    Anyhow... that's my guess. Could be completely wrong. They may not even be using AI (in the ML sense) and maybe this is just a database or something algorithmic.

    I guess we will SEE....
